Pacific Region ACPE
Annual Meeting 2015 Reimbursement Policy
The Pacific Region is hosting the event with the three other western ACPE Regions. The Pacific Region Annual Meeting is also being held conjointly with the Congress. Registration for the Annual Meeting is via the www.ICPCC2015.org webpage. The primary days during which regional busines will be conducted are Thursday evening, October 15 and Monday noon October 19. The other days of the Congress are educational and related to the work of ICPCC. Hopefully people are able to participate until the close of the conference on October 21. See the schedule for details.
Details about reimbursement were sent earlier and will be sent again in the next Newsletter.
•For CPE, Associate, Active Retired Supervisors, Retired Supervisors with long tenure in the PR and Committee Members for committees meeting at the Conference, there is a one time policy: reimbursement for actual expenses for shared room, travel and meals to a maximum of $600. Persons in remote locations should contact the Regional Office for details. Registration is not included. Long tenured in-active retired supervisors registration is waived.
•For persons in Supervisory CPE, there is no change from the usual policy: a proportionate share of a pool of funds to cover actual expenses for a shared room and travel. Meals and registration are the responsibility of the attendee.
Members of the Council and Committees should consult their Chairperson about meeting plans. Those meetings are being adjusted to accommodate the Congress schedule. They may be abbreviated or done via teleconference.
Please review the meeting webpage and register ASAP. Likewise book are room now before the rates go up significantly. If you have questions, please contact one of the Coordinators -- George Fitzgerald and Rod Seeger -- or John Moody Pacific Region, Regional Office. Questions about reimbursement for Pacific Region Members should be directed to the Pacific Region Office.
SEE YOU IN SAN FRANCISCO IN OCTOBER
